| 摘 要： | 通过2例精原细胞瘤病例经过大剂量放疗后致无精子不育后,经中药治疗由无精、偶见精子到具有接近正常的精液质量表现,其中1例致女方怀孕生出健康女婴、随访18个月表明婴儿发育正常的过程,提出中药在明确的生精作用中可能具有尚未引起重视的对生精干细胞的直接作用.首次提出中药对生精干细胞可能具有诱导或促分化的作用有重要意义,应引起重视.

| Abstract: | Two azoospermia cases,resulted from high dosage radiotherapy for spermatocytoma,are recovering through azoospermia,oligospermia and showed nearly normal sperm examed results after treated with Chinese tradtional medicine.One of them has a female baby and the infant has been healthy followed up 18 months.These results first point out that Chinese traditional medicine have some direct effects on spermatogenia cells such as induction and/or differentiation of stem cell. |
