国产封堵器在先天性心脏病介入治疗中的应用

目的评价国产封堵器在先天性心脏病介入治疗中的应用效果。方法对22例符合介入治疗适应证的动脉导管未闭(PDA)、房间隔缺损(ASD)和室间隔缺损(VSD)患者,应用国产封堵器介入封堵治疗,予即刻造影及经胸超声心动图(TTE)观察疗效。结果22例均封堵成功,成功率为100%,无并发症发生;术毕PDA和VSD杂音消失,即刻造影和TTE随访均无残余分流;ASD术后即刻TTE示有2例微量残余分流,2例微量二尖瓣反流,随访3～6个月时2例残余分流和1例二尖瓣反流消失。结论国产封堵器封堵PDA、ASD或VSD成功率高,并发症少,近期疗效确切,值得进一步长期随访。

The intervening treatment of congenital heart diseases with the septal occluder made in china

Objective To assay the clinical e fficacy of the septal occluder made in china in intervening treatment of congeni tal heart diseases. Methods 22 cases had underg one transcatheter closure of patent ductus arteriosus (P DA), atrial septal defects (ASD) and ventricular septal defects (VSD), then an i mmediate angiography and transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) were used to obser ve the clinical effects. Results 22 cases were closed successfully, the successful rate was 100%, no complication occurred. After operation, the mur mur of PDA and VSD disappeared immediately, no residual shunt volume was found i n immediate angiography and TTE; but TTE presented that 2 cases of ASD with mino r residual shunt volume and 2 cases with minor mitral reflux, 3～6 months follow - up showed that the residual shunt volume in 2 cases and mitral reflux in 1 case disappeared. Conclusion The transcatheter closu re of PDA, ASD or VSD wit h the septal occluder made in china has high successful rate, less complication and good short-term effect. A long-term follow-up is worthwhile.
