| 摘 要： | 目的：观察应用腹腔镜技术再次治疗腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术后复发性囊肿的可行性。方法：总结5例腹腔镜技术治疗腹腔镜。肾囊肿去顶术后囊肿复发的临床资料，其中3例经腹腔途径，2例经腹膜后途径。结果：5例患者手术均获得成功。手术时间50～100min，平均75min。出血60～180ml，无并发症发生，术后住院4～9天，术后随访6～14个月，未再复发。结论：对于复发性肾囊肿仍可采取腹腔镜技术进行手术处理。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the feasibility of laparoscopic treatment of the recurrence renal cysts. Methods：Collect 5 cases who received laparoscopic treatment of recurrent renal cysts, 3 surgeries of which underwent transperitoneal route and 9, surgeries of which were conducted by transretroperitoneal route. Results：Surgeries of all 5 cases are successful. The mean operative time was 75 minutes （range 50 to 100）, and the estimated blood loss was 60 to 180 ml. The hospital stay after operation was 4 to 9 days, without complications occurred. Following up 6 to 14 months, renal cysts were not recurrent again. Conclusions.. Laparoseopic unroofing is still suitable for this type of recurrence renal cysts after laparoscopic operation. |
