推拿配合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者80例临床观察

目的观察推拿配合二甲双胍治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为对照组40例和治疗组40例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗;治疗组在二甲双胍治疗的基础上加用推拿治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后腰围、BMI、体重、空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、胰岛素（FINS）水平、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）以及主要症状等指标变化情况。结果对照组治疗后总有效率为72.5%,治疗组治疗后总有效率为92.5%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组患者治疗后腰围、BMI、体重、FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c、TG、TC、FINS、HOMA-IR均有明显下降（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,其中2 h PG、HbA1c、TG、TC、FINS、HOMA-IR与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。治疗组患者治疗后在胸胁胀痛、心烦易怒、嗳气症状改善上,明显优于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论推拿配合药物治疗2型糖尿病具有良好疗效。

Clinical Observation of 80 Cases of Obesity Treated with Chinese Massage and Metformin in the Patients with Type II Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of obesity and type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus（DM）treated with Chinese massage and metformin.Methods 80 cases were randomized into a control group（40 cases）and a treatment group（40 cases）.In control group,metformin was used.In treatment group,on the basis of the treatment with metformin,Chinese massage was supplemented.The indexes were compared before and after treatment in two groups.There were waistline,BMI,body mass,FPG,2 h PG,HbAlc,TG,TC,FINS and HOMA-IR,as well as main symptoms.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 72.5% in control group and was 92.5% in treatment group,indicating significant statistical difference in comparison（P0.05）.In treatment group,the levels of waistline,BMI,body mass,FPG,2 h PG,HbAlc,TG,TC,FINS and HOMA-IR all reduced（P0.05 or P0.01）after treatment.Among them,the differences in 2 h PG,HbAlc,TG,TC,FINS and HOMA-IR were significant statistically as compared with control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.In treatment group,the improvements in distention and pain of the hypochondriac region,irritability,hot temper and belching were more apparent after treatment as compared with control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion Chinese massage combined with medication has a superior therapeutic efficacy on type 2 DM.
