| 摘 要： | 急性有机磷农药中毒是临床常见的急危重症之一,由于服毒的剂量大,就诊不及时,往往失去了抢救的最佳时机,给抢救治疗带来了很多困难。及时合理的救治是提高治愈率、抢救患者生命的关键。我院2002年1月至2006年2月收治重度有机磷农药中毒患者70例,其中40例在常规治疗、护理的同时

| Abstract: | Objective To study the nursing observation of blood perfusion to treat patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning(SOPP).Methods ingle pump and Lizhu type HA260 blood perfusion organs uere betaken to treat 40 cases with SOPP under normal treatment.While 30 cases were treated normally.Compared the 40 cases with the 30 cases.Results In the blood perfusion group,coma time shortened,time in hospital shortened,cure rate was high and death rate was low.Conclusion lombining blood perfusion with active medical complex treatment to treat SOPP is key of success.Strictly performing technical procedure,strengthening monitoring,observing rigorously and forbidding complication are pivotal measures to insure blood perfusion roll its hoop. |
