| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年结石性胆囊炎外科治疗时机和方式。方法：回顾性分析89例老年结石性胆囊炎手术治疗的临床资料。结果：89例老年结石性胆囊炎手术者全部治愈。结论：掌握手术适应证及时机,能减少术后并发症及降低手术死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objactice: To explore methods and timing of surgical treatment in elder patients with cholecystolithiasis. Methods: To analyze the clinical data of 89 elder patients with cholecystolithiasis restrospectively. Results: 89aged patients were operated were cured. Conclusion: To master proper operative methods and timing can reduced post-operation complication and decreasing mortality of aged patients with chloecystolithiasis. |
