右侧支气管动脉和肋间后动脉的应用解剖学研究

目的　为临床动脉灌注治疗中晚期肺癌提供解剖学依据。方法　解剖、观察 198例成年尸体的右侧肋间后动脉与右支气管动脉的共干类型、右侧支气管动脉起点与椎骨的对应关系 ;测量右侧第三肋间后动脉在腋中线的外径。结果　右侧第三肋间后动脉与支气管动脉的共干类型有四种 ;右侧支气管动脉共干起点平对第 2～ 8胸椎 ,右侧第三肋间后动脉在腋中线的外径平均为 0 .78m m± 0 .33m m(0 .0 5 8mm～ 1.8m m,n=137)。结论　在腋中线经右侧第三肋间后动脉于右支气管动脉灌注治疗中晚期肺癌是较理想的方法

An Applied Anatomy Study on Bronchial Artery and Posterior Intercostal Artery

OBJECTIVE: To provide anatomic data for clinical treatment of the right lung cancers at advanced or intermediate advanced stage. METHODS: One hundred and ninety eight adult cadavers were dissected and the data on the parameters for clinical reference were collected. RESULTS: It was found that the common trunks of the right bronchial artery and the third posterior intercostal artery can be divided into four types. The starting point of the common trunks of the right bronchial artery and the third posterior intercostal artery are level with the vertebrae from T2 to T8, and 70.20% of the common trunks' starting point are level with the vertebrae from T4 to T6. In addition, the average outer diameter of the third posterior intercostal artery at the midaxillary line is 0.78 mm +/- 0.33 mm. CONCLUSION: Base on the above anatomic data, we deem it a reliable and appropriate way to infuse drugs into the third posterior intercostal artery at the midaxillary line for treating the advanced or intermediate-stage right lung cancers.
