| 摘 要： | 藏医学形成后，从当时吐蕃的政治经济文化中心西藏开始向周边地区辐射传播。在公元8世纪以后，以减传佛教为媒介向云南滇西北地区传播，形成了有地域特色的云南藏医药。从藏医的形成发展分析，云南藏医秉承了传统藏医的理论内涵，但丰富了传统藏医的诊疗方法，提出了简便多元的治疗办法，强化了传统藏医辨证论治的思想，并对传统藏医中没有的疾病加以阐述。可见，云南藏医和传统藏医的关系表现为理论逻辑的统一性和临床实践的多元性。
