殷东风教授中药配合吉非替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌验案一则

殷东风教授中药配合吉非替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,有效控制不良反应直至消失,患者未因不良反应而减药或停药,靶向治疗得以有效延续,无进展生存期已达18个月,总生存期已近36个月,血CEA显著下降,KPS评分明显提高。随着肿瘤治疗观改变,患者生存质量已成为衡量肿瘤疗效主要指标。中西医结合治疗肺癌减轻化疗及分子靶向药物毒副作用,预防复发、缓解症状、提高患者生存质量、延长生存期,在临床上日趋重要。当今提倡多手段综合治疗及个体化治疗肺癌,中医辨证施治正符合这一思想。虽为个案,仍能显示出中西医结合治疗肺癌的优势。

A case which YIN Dong-feng Professor combined the Traditional Chinese medicine with Gefitinib in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Professor YIN Dong-feng,a combination of Chinese traditional medicine and Gefitinib in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer,control the adverse reactions to disappear effectively.Patients didn’t reduce or withdrawal the dosage due to adverse events,thence the targeted therapy can be effectively extended,progression-free survival time is 18 months,overall survival time has been nearly 36 months,serum CEA decreased significantly,KPS score increased obviously.As the tumor treatment concept of change,the patients’ quality of life has become the main index of tumor efficacy.Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of lung cancer can relieve the side effects of chemotherapy and molecular targeted drug,prevent the recurrence,relieve the symptoms,Improve patients’ the quality of life,prolong the survival period,which is increasingly important in clinical.In today’s advocate of more comprehensive treatment and individual therapy for lung cancer,syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is consistent with this idea.Although this is a case,still can show the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treating lung cancer advantage.
