医院信息化建设中人才队伍的培养

本文指出医疗信息化工作是医院综合实力的具体体现，提出了医疗信息化人才是医院信息化建设的关键，强调了其在医院信息化建设中的重要作用，以及国内医院信息化人才的现状与需求和常见的人才培养方式及来源，提出了医疗信息化人才培养可以通过三个主要途径，即通过建立三个教育体系来实现：医学信息专业教育体系、医学生信息素养教育体系和在职人员继续医学信息教育体系。

Construction and Cultivation of Hospital Informatization Talents

This paper points out that medical informatization embodies comprehensive strength in a hospital, and the talents engaging in medical informatization acts as the key of hospital informatization construction. The papter also em- phasizes the importance of the talents engaging in medical informatization, the present situation and the requirements for talents of national hospital informatization, and the common ways and sources of talent training. Talent training for medical informatization can be realized in three major ways- the construction of three educational systems ： the systems of medical information major,of information literacy education and of continuing information education of medicine.
