2013年-2018年天津市滨海新区HIV确证试验分析

目的分析2013年-2018年天津市滨海新区艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体筛查阳性样本的确证试验结果,了解该地区HIV流行特征和规律,为制定相关政策提供技术支持。方法对2013年-2018年辖区内各HIV初筛实验室送检的357份HIV初筛阳性样本,经免疫印迹法(Western blot,WB)进行HIV确证试验,用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果确证结果的平均阳性率为89.9%,不确定率为4.8%,阴性率为5.3%。不同年份的确证结果分布差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。送检机构不同,确证结果阳性率不同(P <0.05),血站送检样本阳性率最低。确证为阳性样本中,男、女比例为13.0∶1。年龄段不同,确证结果分布差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。其中,21岁~30岁组确证结果的阳性率最高。阳性标本条带,有58.1%为全带型。结论天津市滨海新区新发现艾滋病患者以男性为主,21岁~30岁组的阳性数与阳性率均最高,血站样本的阳性率较低,确证试验条带主要为全带型。

Analysis of HIV confirmatory test in Binhai New Area,Tianjin during 2013-2018

Objective To analyze on HIV confirmatory test in Tianjin Binhai New Area during 2013-2018,understand the epidemiological feature and discipline in this area,and provide technical assistance for policy settings. Methods From 2013 to2018,357 HIV positive samples from various HIV screening laboratories in the region were tested. Western blot( WB) was used for HIV confirmation test,and SPSS 17. 0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results The average positive rate was89. 9%,the uncertainty rate was 4. 8% and the negative rate was 5. 3%. There was no statistical significance on the difference in the distribution of confirmative results in different years( P > 0. 05). The positive rate of confirmatory results was different for different institutions( P < 0. 05),and the positive rate of samples sent from blood stations was the lowest. Among the confirmed positive samples,the ratio of male to female was 13. 0∶1. Different age groups showed statistical significance on the difference in the distribution of confirmatory results( P < 0. 05). Among them,the positive rate of confirmed results was the highest in21-30 years old group. Of the positive specimens,58. 1% were holotype. Conclusion New AIDS patients in Binhai New Area of Tianjin were mainly male,and the positive number and positive rate were the highest in the group aged 21-30. The positive rate of blood station samples was low. The confirmed test strip is mainly of full band type.
