大黄-桃仁鼻饲联合足三里穴位注射治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床研究

目的观察大黄-桃仁鼻饲联合足三里穴位注射治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻(AIO)的临床疗效。方法将41例AIO患者随机分为对照组20例与治疗组21例。对照组采用西医常规规范治疗方法,包括禁食、补液、持续胃肠减压等;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上鼻饲大黄-桃仁水煎液并联合新斯的明双侧足三里穴位注射疗法。治疗7 d后比较两组临床疗效。结果与对照组相比,治疗组显著缩短AIO患者治疗后腹痛、腹胀时间消失时间,首次肛门排气时间和留置胃管时间(P<0.05);降低治疗后7 d腹围和白细胞计数、C反应蛋白的水平(P<0.05),减少中转手术例数。结论大黄-桃仁水煎剂按联合足三里穴位注射治疗AIO患者疗效确切。

Clinical Study of Rhubarbc-Persicae Semen Feeding Combined with Zusanli Point Injection Therapy in the Treatment of Postoperative Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Rhubarbc-Persicae Semen feeding combined with Zusanli point injection therapy in the treatment of postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction(AIO).Methods:Forty-one patients with postoperative AIO were randomly divided into the control group(n=20)and treatment group(n=21).The control group was treated with routine western medicine(fasting,fluid replacement,continuous gastrointestinal decompression,etc.)On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Rhubarbc-Persicae Semen decoction combined with neostigmine bilateral Zusanli point injection therapy.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the time of disappearance of abdominal pain and abdominal distension,the time of first anal exsufflation and indwelling gastric tube in patients with AIO in the treatment group were significantly shortened;the abdominal circumference,white blood cell count and C-reactive protein level on 7 day after treatment were reduced,and the number of cases of conversion operation was reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rhubarb-Persicae Semen Decoction combined with Zusanli point injection therapy is effective in the treatment of postoperative AIO,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
