养心复律汤治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的疗效及对心率变异性、QT离散度的影响

目的观察养心复律汤治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者的效果及对心率变异性、QT离散度的影响。方法心衰合并室性心律失常患者80例采用随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组各40例。两组患者入院后予以西医常规治疗,对照组同时予以盐酸胺碘酮,观察组在对照组基础上予以养心复律汤口服治疗,疗程为12周。观察两组中医证候疗效、心率变异性指标、QT离散度指标及心功能指标差异性。结果观察组中医证候总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后心率变异性相关指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后QT离散度指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后心功能指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养心复律汤抗心律失常效果良好,对改善患者心功能具有显著效果,其作用机制可能与改善心率变异性和QT离散度指标有关。

Effect of Yangxin Fulv Decoction on Heart Failure Patients with Ventricular Arrhythmia and Its Influence on Heart Rate Variability and QT Dispersion

Objective:To observe the effect of Yangxin Fulv Decoction in treating heart failure patients with ventricular arrhythmias and its effect on heart rate variability and QT dispersion.Methods:A total of 80 patients with heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional western medicine after admission;the control group was given amiodarone hydrochloride at the same time,and the observation group was treated with Yangxin Fulv Decoction on the basis of the control group for 12 weeks.The difference of TCM syndrome curative effect,heart rate variability index,QT dispersion index and heart function index between the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The indicators of heart rate variability in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The QT dispersion index of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The cardiac function indexes of the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxin Fulv Decoction has a good anti-arrhythmic effect and has a significant effect on improving the heart function of patients.The specific mechanism of action may be related to the improvement of heart rate variability and QT dispersion indicators.
