摘    要:目的 优化杜仲叶总黄酮的提取工艺.方法 以总黄酮提取率为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定最佳工艺条件.结果 优化的最佳工艺条件为纤维素酶用量30 mg,料液比1:30(g:mL),酶解pH 5.0,酶解温度45℃,乙醇体积分数60%,超声温度50℃,超声时间25 min.结论 超声波技术辅助酶解法提取杜仲叶总黄酮的提...

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of flavonoids from Eucommiae Folium.Methods The extraction rate of total flavonoids was taken as the index,the extraction process was optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test.Results The optimum conditions were as follows:the dosage of cellulase was 30 mg,the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶30(g∶m L),p H of enzymatic hydrolysis was 5.0,the temperature of enzymatic hydrolysis was 45℃,the volume fraction of ethanol was 60%,the ultrasonic temperature was50℃,and the ultrasonic time was 25 min.Conclusion The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process is a reasonable and feasible way to extract flavonoids from Eucommiae Folium with a high extract rate.
