舌针联合吞咽训练治疗卒中后吞咽功能障碍临床观察

目的观察舌针联合吞咽功能训练治疗卒中吞咽功能障碍40例的临床疗效。方法将80例卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者分成对照组与治疗组各40例。对照组采用吞咽训练治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用舌针治疗。两组均以7d为1疗程,共治疗两个疗程。结果治疗组的总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组治疗后的日常生活活动量表(ADL)评分分别为(77.75±5.65)分、(65.75±5.49)分,明显高于治疗前的(43.87±5.60)分、(42.62±4.66)分(P<0.05);组间比较,治疗组改善更加明显(P<0.05)。结论舌针联合吞咽训练治疗卒中后吞咽功能障碍疗效肯定。

Clinical Study on Tongue Acupuncture Combined with Swallowing Training for Dysphagia after Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of tongue acupuncture combined with swallowing function training in the treatment of 40 cases of stroke dysphagia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with swallowing training,while the treatment group was additionally treated with tongue acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Seven days were one course of treatment,and two courses of treatment were completed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.50%,and the control group was80.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)scores of the treatment group and the control group after treatment were(77.75±5.65)points,(65.75±5.49)points,which were significantly higher than the(43.87±5.60)points and(42.62±4.66)points before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group improved more significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongue acupuncture combined with swallowing training has a definite curative effect on swallowing dysfunction after stroke,which is worthy of clinical reference.
