飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术对伴有眼球震颤的近视患者的疗效分析

目的　探讨飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术（femtosecond laser small incision lenticular extraction,fSMILE）对伴有眼球震颤的近视患者的疗效。方法　回顾性分析自2018年1月至2019年12月在我院行fSMILE的伴有眼球震颤的近视患者的病历资料，共纳入13例26眼患者，其中， 10例20眼患者为先天性运动缺陷型眼球震颤，3例6眼为隐性眼球震颤。比较患者手术前后的裸眼远视力、最佳矫正远视力、屈光度、眼压、术中和术后并发症等。结果　患者术后1周、3个月和6个月时的裸眼远视力均优于术前，差异均有统计学意义（均为P<0.01）。术后不同时间点患者最佳矫正远视力与术前比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。患者术后1周、3个月和6个月时的屈光度均优于术前，眼压均低于术前，差异均有统计学意义（均为P<0.01）；术后不同时间点患者屈光度和眼压比较，差异均无统计学意义（均为P>0.05）。所有患者手术均顺利完成，无严重术中和术后并发症发生。结论　采用fSMILE治疗伴有眼球震颤的近视安全且有效。

Efficacy and safety of the myopia with nystagmus treatment using small incision lenticular extraction

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of small incision lenticular extraction(SMILE)for the treatment of myopia with nystagmus.Methods The medical records of 13 myopic patients(26 eyes)with nystagmus who underwent SMILE surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were reviewed.Among them,10 patients with 20 eyes had congenital motor deficit nystagmus,and 3 patients with 6 eyes had hidden nystagmus.The results were compared with those before and after SMILE surgery,such as the uncorrected distance visual acuity,best corrected distance visual acuity,diopter examination,non-contact intraocular pressure,intraoperative and postoperative complications,etc.Results Compared with preoperative data,significant improvements were found in the uncorrected distance visual acuity and diopter than before surgery at 1 week,3 months and 6 months postoperatively(all P<0.01).There were no statistical differences in the best corrected distance visual acuity before and after surgery(all P>0.05).The diopter data of the patients at 1 week,3 months and 6 months after the operation was better than those before operation,intraocular pressure was lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in diopter and intraocular pressure at different time points after surgery(all P>0.05).All the operations were completed successfully without serious intraoperative and postoperative complications.Conclusion SMILE is effective and safe in the treatment of myopia with nystagmus.
