三餐次副溶血性弧菌引起食物中毒的溯源分析

摘    要:目的采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型技术对三餐次副溶血性弧菌引起食物中毒的分离株进行基因分型和溯源,并结合流行病学调查报告分析此次事件的传播途径和感染来源,确定事件的病原学病因。方法对此次事件的分离株进行血清学分离鉴定、耐药分析、PCR检测和PFGE同源性分析。结果三餐次腹泻患者总共分离出18株副溶血性弧菌,全部对头孢唑啉耐药,其中1株为O2抗原群、携带trh毒力基因,其余全为O4抗原群、携带tdh毒力基因,部分分离株PFGE相似度高达100%。结论三餐次同时分离到副溶血性弧菌,餐次内和餐次间分离株通过PFGE分型结果一致,确认是由副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒,为食物中毒溯源和科学防控食物中毒发生提供了有力的技术支撑。

Abstract:Objective Pulsed field gel electrophoresis( PFGE) classification technique was used to classify and trace the source of food poisoning strains caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus in three meals,and the epidemiological investigation report was used to analyze the transmission route and infection source of the event,so as to determine the etiology of the event.Methods Serological isolation,drug resistance analysis,PCR test and PFGE homology analysis were investigated with isolated strains of this event. Methods A total of 18 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were isolated from patients with three meals of diarrhea,all of which were resistant to cefazolin. One of them was an O2 antigen group,carrying trh virulence genes,and the rest were all O4 antigen groups,carrying tdh virulence genes. Some isolated strains have a PFGE similarity of up to 100%.Conclusion Three meals were separated at the same time to Vibrio parahaemolyticus. The results of the isolates within and between meals were consistent through PFGE classification,confirming that it was food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus.It provides strong technical support for food poisoning traceability and science prevention and control of food poisoning.
