2016-2017年鹤壁市结核分枝杆菌耐药情况分析

目的通过搜集整理鹤壁市结核分枝杆菌结核病患者相关数据,了解鹤壁市结核分枝杆菌的耐药谱,为该地区的结核分枝杆菌结核病患者的诊断防治提供依据。方法收集2016-2017年鹤壁市可疑结核病患者的痰标本,在鹤壁市传染病医院结核病实验室进行涂片显微镜检查、分枝杆菌分离培养,并对培养阳性菌株开展初步菌种鉴定以及异烟肼、利福平、链霉素、乙胺丁醇、氧氟沙星、卷曲霉素、丙硫异烟胺、卡那霉素等一线、二线抗结核药物敏感性试验。结果2016-2017年鹤壁地区共收集整理可疑结核病患者痰标本933例,培养阳性菌株340株,经初步鉴定,结核分枝杆菌326株,非结核分枝杆菌14株;结核分枝杆菌总耐药率为39.9%,耐多药率(MDR)11.7%,广泛耐药率(XDR)1.2%。结论鹤壁市结核分枝杆菌耐药率高于国家和全省水平,耐药结核病的防治工作需要进一步加强。

Drug resistance analysis of mycobacterium tuberculosis in Hebi

Objective Understand the drug resistance mapping of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Hebi by collecting and sorting out the clinic data of Mycobacterium tuberculosis patients in Hebi,which may provide evidences for the diagnosis and prevention of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in this area.Methods Collected the sputum specimens of suspected tuberculosis patients in Hebi from 2016 to 2017,the smear microscopy,isolation and culture of Mycobacterium were carried out in the tuberculosis laboratory of Hebi hospital of infectious diseases,and the drug susceptibility tests of identified positive strains were also tested(first-line and second-line anti-tuberculosis drugs including isoniazid,rifampicin,streptomycin ethambutol,ofloxacin,capreomycin,isonicotinamide propionate,and kanamycin).Results A total of 933 sputum specimens from suspected tuberculosis patients were collected and 340 positive strains were identified and cultured.After preliminary identification,there are 326 strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and 14 strains of non-mycobacterium tuberculosis.The total drug resistance rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was 39.9%,MDR was 11.7%,and XDR was 1.2%.Conclusions The drug resistance rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Hebi City is higher than that of the whole country and the whole province.The prevention measures and control works of drug-resistant tuberculosis should be further strengthened.
