| 摘 要： | 目的:优化护理成本效益,发展护理事业,重视护理成本研究的实际意义。方法:通过对苏州市目前护理实际收费与成本的数据分析,探讨我国护理成本效益现状。结果:护理成本高于效益,违背价值规律。结论:迫切需要建立适合我国国情的护理成本管理体系。
