| 摘 要： | 炎症性肠病（Inflammatory bowel disease，IBD）的病因和发病机制至今仍未完全明确，免疫异常是其发病的重要因素。间充质干细胞（mesenchymal stem cells，MSCs）可抑制效应T细胞的应答，并应用于治疗各种免疫性疾病。脂肪组织来源干细胞（adipose—derived mesenchymal stem cells，ASCs），因其具有生物学特性稳定、来源充足、易分离、较强的体外增殖能力等优点引起关注。本文就ASCs在IBD作用作一综述。
