多用途医用仪器内部管道消毒机消毒效果试验观察

摘    要:目的评价多用途医用仪器内部管道消毒机的杀菌效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和模拟现场试验方法进行试验观察。结果该消毒机内臭氧发生器启动3min,消毒管道内臭氧浓度即达到112mg/m3;消毒管路外环境空气中臭氧浓度最高值为0.07mg/m3。以含100g/L过氧化氢溶液对不锈钢载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用1h,平均杀灭对数值4.50;作用2h,平均杀灭对数值>5.00。在模拟现场消毒试验条件下,经1个消毒作用循环周期即60min,消毒机内过氧化氢气雾与臭氧联合作用对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭对数值均(3.00。金属腐蚀性试验机器累计运行72h对碳钢、铜为中度腐蚀;铝为轻度腐蚀;不锈钢为基本无腐蚀。结论多用途医用仪器内部管道消毒机采用过氧化氢与臭氧联合消毒作用,可在60min内达到杀灭载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢99.9%以上,符合高效消毒要求;但对金属具有一定腐蚀作用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the germicidal efficacy of multipurpose medical instrument internal pipeline disinfection machine.Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test and simulated on-the-spot trial were used to carry out experimental observation.Results After operation of the ozone generator in the disinfection machine for 3 min,the ozone concentration in the disinfection pipeline attained 112 mg/m3 and that in the environmental air outside the disinfection pipeline was 0.07 mg/m3 at maximum.The average killing logarithm value of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores on stainless steel carrier exposed to 100 g/L hydrogen peroxide solution for 1 h was 4.5 and the average killing logerithm value after exposure for 2 h was >5.00.Under condition of simulated on-the-spot disinfection trial,after a 60 min disinfection cycle,the combined action of hydrogen peroxide aerosol and ozone in the disinfection machine killed B.subtilis var.niger spores on carrier by a logarithm >3.00 in average.In metal corrosion test,operation of the machine for 72 h caused moderate corrosion of carbon steel and copper,mild corrosion of aluminum and essentially no corrosion of stainless steel.Conclusions The multipurpose medical instrument internal pipeline disinfection machine uses combined disinfection with hydrogen peroxide and ozone.It can kill over 99.9% of B.subtilis var.niger spores on carrier within 60 min,fulfilling the high-efficacy disinfection requirement,but it has certain corrosive effect on metals.
