| 摘 要： | 目的:观察以针刺人迎穴为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选符合诊断标准患者100例,随机分为两组各50例,治疗组针刺人迎穴为主并配合人中、内关、太冲;对照组针刺风池、夹脊穴。结果:治疗组治愈38例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效率为98%;对照组治愈26例,有效15例,无效9例,总有效率为82%。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:以针刺人迎穴为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture into Renying point in treating vertigo due to cervical spondylopathy typed vertebral artery.Method:The treatment group was treated with acupuncture into Renying,Renzhong,Neiguan and Taichong points.And the control group was treated with Fengchi and Jiaji points.Result:In the treatment group,38 cases were cured,11 cases effective,1 case ineffective,the total effective rate was 98%.In the control group,26 cases were cured,15 cases effective,9 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 82%.The difference between the two groups was notable(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture into Renying point has certain effect in treating vertigo due to cervical spondylopathy typed vertebral artery. |
