BP1与CyclinD1蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及意义

目的本研究旨在探讨BP1和CyclinD1蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达情况以及意义。方法收集洛阳市中心医院2000年1月至2008年7月共51例行甲状腺乳头状癌癌手术切除标本和同期住院手术之22例良性甲状腺疾病及周围正常组织作为对照,采用免疫组化方法测定BP1蛋白和CyclinD1的表达,并结合临床资料对BP1蛋白差异表达与甲状腺乳头状癌病人临床病例参数的相关性进行分析研究。结果①BP1、CyclinD1在良性甲状腺疾病和正常组织组织中低表达,而在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中存在显著高表达（P〈0.0001）,二者在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达呈正相关（kappa值为0.6095;P〈0.001）。②BP1和CyclinD1的高表达与甲状腺乳头状癌分期和淋巴结转移有明显相关性（P〈0.05）;BP1和CyclinD1高表达与甲状腺乳头状癌的病理亚型、性别及年龄未见明显相关（P〉0.05）。结论 BP1和CyclinD1表达上调可能参与调控甲状腺乳头状癌的发生、发展过程,并进而影响其生物学特点及预后。

Expression of BP1 gene in thyroid pappilary carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of BP1 protein and oncogenesis and the development of thyroid pappilary carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of BP1 protein and cyclineD1 protein in 51 cases of thyroid pappilary carcinoma tissues and 22 cases of normal thyroid pappilary tissues. Results ①BP1 protein expressed at extremely low level in normal thyroid pappilary tissues, but was significantly overexpressed in 90% of thyroid pappilary carcinoma tissues. The expression of cyclineD1 protein show the similarly trend.②The overexpress of BP1 protein was related with the surgical pathological stage, pathological grade, and pathological subtype（ P 〈0. 05 ）, but was not related to patients＇age, lymphatic metastasis and infiltration depth （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions Overexpress of BP1 protein is a frequent event in thyroid pappilary carcinogenesis, which may play an important role in the malignant progression and prognosis of thyroid pappilary carcinoma.
