| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜下采用中鼻道上颌窦开窗术联合下鼻道上颌窦开窗术治疗真菌性上颌窦炎的临床效果。方法采用中鼻道上颌窦开窗术联合下鼻道上颌窦开窗术对20例经病理确诊的真菌性上颌窦炎进行手术治疗，并同期比较20例单纯采用中鼻道上颌窦开窗术治疗经病理确诊的真菌性上颌窦炎。结果随访半年，治疗组20例全部治愈，对照组20例中有6例复发，再行下鼻道上颌窦开窗术治愈。结论真菌性上颌窦炎属难治性鼻窦炎，采用中鼻道上颌窦开窗术联合下鼻道上颌窦开窗术对其综合治疗效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the clinical effect of the nasal passages maxillary sinus fenestration treatment of fungal sinusitis, under the treatment of the intranasal endoscopic middle meatus maxillary sinus fenestration jointly. Methods Adopt the method of the intranasal endoscopic middle meatus maxillary sinus fenestration jointly, surgerical treatment of 20 cases of pathologically confirmed fungal sinusitis, and compare it with 20 cases of only using the middle meatus maxillary sinus fenestration in the treatment of confirmed fungal sinusitis . Results Follow up half year, all the 20 cases are cured, compared with the other 6 cases relapse. Conclusions Fungal sinusitis is refractory chronic sinusitis, the comprehensive treatment of middle meatus maxillary sinus fenestration jointly meatus maxillary sinus fenestration is effective and significant. |
