社交技能训练对恢复期精神分裂症病人社交焦虑的影响

目的 ]探讨社交技能训练对恢复期精神分裂症病人社交焦虑的影响。 方法 ]将 68例恢复期精神分裂症病人随机分为干预组和对照组 ,干预组给予社交技能训练 ,于干预前及出院 4周时采用社交回避及苦恼量表 (SAD )进行效果评定。结果 ]干预组SAD评分显著低于干预前和对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论 ]社交技能训练可明显地改善恢复期精神分裂症病人的社交焦虑

Influence of sociality skills training on sociality anxiety of schizophrenia patients at convalescent stage

Objective: to probe into the influence of sociality skills training on sociality anxiety in schizophrenia patients at convalescent stage. Method: a total of 68 patients with schizophrenia at convalescent stage were randomly divided into test group and control group. Patients of control group were given routinely care, while patients of test group were given systemic sociality skills training. All of them were evaluated by filling out sociality avoidance and distress (SAD) questionnaire both before intervention and four weeks after their discharge. Result: the score of SAD in test group patients was obviously lower than that either before intervention or that in control group patients (P<0.01). Conclusion: sociality skills training can improve sociality anxiety for schizophrenia patients at convalescent stage obviously.
