| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针灸对肾阳虚证骨关节炎患者免疫相关基因表达的影响。方法:用基因芯片技术检测肾阳虚证骨关节炎患者及正常人的基因表达谱,以及针灸治疗显效者的治疗前后基因表达谱的变化。结果:通过基因表达谱芯片筛选出与肾阳虚骨关节炎免疫相关的基因13条,肾阳虚骨关节炎患者与正常人相比表达下调4条,上调5条。经温针治疗显效的4例患者治疗前后的基因芯片比较结果显示:NM000265、NM001838基因普遍上调,NM_001784基因普遍下调,其他基因表达无规律性变化。结论:肾阳虚证骨关节炎的发生涉及免疫相关基因表达的异常,针灸可能通过诱导或阻遏这些基因的表达发挥效应。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture on expression of immuno-related genes in patients of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Osteoarthritis.Methods:The gene expression profile in patients of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Osteoarthritis and normal subjects was assayed by gene microarray,and the changes of gene expression profile in the pro-treat and post-treat of the typical cases that they are very effective through acupuncture were also measured.Results:13 immunorelated genes in patients of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Osteoarthritis were screened with gene chip technique,including 5 genes up regulating and 4 genes down regulating in patients,as compared with normal subjects.The gene chip results of 4 typical cases that they are effective through acupuncture showed that NM000265,NM001838 were up-regulated and NM_001784 was down-regulated.Conclusion:The pathogenesis of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Osteoarthritis may be involved in the abnormal expression of immuno-related genes.It is suggested that acupuncture may exert its effect by way of inducing or repressing the expression of these genes. |
