黄芪对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力的影响

摘    要:目的:研究黄芪水煎剂(HQD)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力的影响。方法:取18~22 g昆明小鼠100只,随机分10组,每组10只。分别为对照组,灌服不同剂量黄芪水煎剂组,同剂量不同给药途径组,黄芪与地塞米松并用组。各处理组每天给药1次,连续6 d。结果:在不同剂量灌服给药组中,高、中、低剂量试验组吞噬百分率和吞噬指数均高于对照组(P<0.01),其中以高剂量组效果最好;在不同给药途径组中,吞噬百分率以腹腔注射的效果优于皮下注射和灌服(P<0.01),但各组间的吞噬指数差异不明显(P>0.05);在黄芪与地塞米松并用组中,黄芪能明显对抗地塞米松的免疫抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论:黄芪不同剂量、不同给药途径给药对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力均有不同程度的增强作用,并能对抗地塞米松对其抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of Huangqi decoction(HQD) on phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophage of mice.Method: One hundred Kunming mice,whose weight varied from 18 g to 22 g,were selected and divided into 10 groups randomly in cluding contrast group,groups conducted at different doses of HQD by ig,groups conducted in various ways of taking medicine,and groups conducted with comparative treat combining Huangqi and Dexamethasone.Mice in every group were taken medicine one time daily for 6 days.Result: Among the groups treated at different doses of HQD,phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of mice,which were taken HQD by ig at high,middle,and low doses,were significantly higher(P<0.01) than that of mice in contrast group,at the same time the effect in group with high dose was the best.Among the groups treated in various ways of taking medicine,phagocytic rate of the ip group was significantly better(P<0.01) than that of the sc group and that of the ig group respectively,but there was not significant difference(P>0.05) of phagocytic index among them.Among the groups combining Huangqi and Dexamethasone,Huangqi could antagonize the immunosuppressive effect of Dexamethasone obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion: HQD at different doses and with various ways of taking medicine could improve phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophage of mice at different degree,and could antagonize the immunosuppressive effect of Dexamethasone.
