| 摘 要： | 本文全面地审视、分析和研究了我国护理教育面临的问题,对护理人才培养的有关资料进行了分析、整理,创建了"(技能+特长)×态度"的高职高专护理人才培养模式,阐述了模式的内涵及创建原则,论述了对护理人才技能、特长及态度培养的途径和措施,以期为护理人才培养提供借鉴.

| Abstract: | This paper comprehensively reviewed,analysised and researched the problems in nursing education in China,cleaned up the relevant data about training model for nursing talents.A talent training model of (skills+features)×attitude for the high nursing education was created.Nursing training model needs to adapt to social development,the need of modem nursing jobs.The article described the content and creating principle of the model,discussed training ways on the skills,features and attitude and measures,in order to provide experience for training nurses. |
