静吸复合麻醉在婴幼儿先天性胆总管囊肿手术中的应用

目的探讨婴幼儿先天性胆总管囊肿手术的麻醉方法。方法总结分析50例先天性胆总管囊肿手术的麻醉资料．病例分成两组，A组采取气管内插管静吸复合麻醉，B组采取基础＋硬膜外麻醉。结果A组麻醉效果优良百分率为92％．明显高于B组64％（P〈0．01），循环较B组平稳（P〈0．01），术中镇痛优于B组（P〈0．01）。结论静吸复合麻醉用于婴幼儿先天性胆总管囊肿手术，麻醉效果好，术中呼吸循环稳定，是一种安全有效的麻醉方法。

The Method of Intravenous Anesthesia Combined with Inhalation Anesthesia is Used in the Operation of Congenital Chole dochal Cyst in Infant

OBJECTIVE To observe and study the anesthetic management of choledochal cyst in infant. METHOD Summarize and analyse the anesthetic management of 50 patients with congenital choledoechal cyst in infant, divided into two groups（n=25, each group） according to the anesthesia methods used： Group A（intravenous anesthesia combined with inhalation anesthesia）; Group B （basal anes- thesia combined with epidural anesthesia）. RESULT The method of intravenous anesthesia combined with inhalation anesthesia.The anesthetic effect of group A is much more better than group B（P〈0.01 ）; The respiration and circulation are more stable than group B （P〈0.01） ; CONCLUSION The method of intravenous anesthesia combined with inhalation anesthesia is an effective way used in the op- eration of congenital choledochal cyst in infant.
