海马神经元的老龄性改变及人参皂甙对其作用的研究

摘    要:观察老龄大鼠海马CA:区神经元超微结构的改变以及人本皂甙对其改变的影响。结果表明:老龄大鼠海马CA3区神经元内脂褐素含量增加,线粒体等细胞器出现明显变性改变,同时可见突触变性;并出现髓样体和膜性结构等异常改变。而投与人参皂甙的老龄大鼠给药组与对照组相比,海马CA3区神经元上述结构的改变均见明显减轻。提示人参皂甙具有稳定神经元膜系统,促进蛋白质合成,延缓神经元衰老的作用。

Abstract:he ultrastructural changes of the neurons in CA3 of hippocampus of aging rat were observed andthe effects of Ginsenoside oh the neurons were meanwhile studied;The results showed the content oflipofuscin in the neurons of hippocampus of the old group was increased as compared with that of theyoung group, the content of the experiment group vvas reduced as compared with that of the old group. The number of degeneration and necrosis of mitochondria and other organelle was increased in theneuons of hippocampic CA3 of the old group. Also the membranous multiamellar bodies,degenerationof membrance structure, and degenerated synapse were found in some neurons of aging hippocampicCA3.All those changes found in the old group were reduced or not found in the experiment group. Thisstudy proved that increasing lipofuscin and degeneration of mitochondria and other organelle in the neu-rons was one of the changes in aging organism,It also proved that Ginsenoside could postpone aging ofneuron and improve the symptom of learning impairment that occur with Old age. These suggested thatGinsenoside might posses the capability of stabilizing membranous structure and increasing protein syn-thesis.
