| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组织化学技术ＡＢＣ与ＰＡＰ法检测６６例肝细胞癌（其中５７例含有癌周组织）与１５例肝硬化组织内ＨＢｘＡｇ，ＨＢｓＡｇ，ＨＢｃＡｇ及ｐ２１ｒａｓ的表达，分析了ＨＢｘＡｇ与ｐ２１的关系。结果：ＨＢｘＡｇ在癌周与癌组织内均有高频率表达，癌内ＨＢｘＡｇ阳性组ｐ２１的阳性率显著高于阴性组（Ｐ＜０．０１），但癌周组织ＨＢｘＡｇ阳性组与阴性组间ｐ２１阳性率无显著差异。提示：ＨＢｘＡｇ与肝细胞癌变有密切关系，在控制、调节ｒａｓ癌基因表达上起重要作用。

| Abstract: | e used immunohistochemical technique(ABC and PAP method)to detect the expression ofHBxAg,HBsAg,HBcAg and p21ras in 66 cases with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC )[57] with peri-cancerous liver tissue(PCLT),and 15 cases with liver cirrhosis(LC).The relationship between HBx-Ag and p21was analysed.The results showed that HBxAg had highly frenquent expression in both HCCand PCLT. The positive rate of p21 in HBxAg positive group of HCC was significantly higher than thatin HBxAg negative group(P<0.01 ).The positive rate of p21 was not significantly different betweenPCLT positive and negative group(P> 0.05).The indicated that HBxAg was closely associated withhepatocarcinogenesis,which played an important role in the control of ras oncogene. |
