| 摘 要： | 采用免疫组化法对５３例肾癌组织中ｐ５３蛋白进行检测，其中ｐ５３蛋白表达阳性１６例（３０．２％），发现肾癌组织ｐ５３蛋白表达与细胞类型、分期、分级及预后均无相关。结果提示：肾癌的发生发展可能是一个多基因变化过程，ｐ５３基因在其发生发展过程中并不起主导作用或只是多种因素之一。

| Abstract: | 53 protein was assayed immunohistochemically in 53 cases of renal cancer.16 cases showed posi-tive expression(30.2%).No relationship was found beween p53 expression and the cellular type,phas-ing,grading and prognosis of the cancer.The findings suggested the carcinogenesis of renal cancermight be a polygenically controlled process,p53 did not play an important role or might be only one ofthe factors involved in this process. |
