| 摘 要： | 应用离休收缩功能实验方法检定人结肠平滑肌毒蕈碱受体亚型，发现人结肠纵、环肌对乙酰胆碱反应的ｐＤ＿２和对阿托品反应的ｐＡ＿２有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：人结肠平滑肌上存在两种高低不同亲和性的毒蕈碱受体亚型，分别支配人结肠纵、环肌的收缩。

| Abstract: | e determined the subtypes of muscarinic recepcer in human colonic smooth muscle by the experi-ment of contractile function in vitro,Remarkable difference was found between longitudinal and circularmuscle in human colon:the pD2 for their reactions to acetylcholine and the pA2 for their reactions to at-ropine were significantly different P <0.01 ).Our resu1ts suggested that two subtypes of muscarinicreceptor with distince affinities existed in the longitudinal and circular smooth muscle of human colonwhich regulated the contractile response of the longitudinal and circular muscles. |
