小儿重症肺炎血中自由基变化及临床意义

摘    要:通过测定36例重症肺炎患儿极期及20例健康小儿血中LPO含量及SOD活性,证实重症肺炎患儿血中自由基水平明显升高,清除自由基能力明显下降;且随器官衰竭数目增多,上述变化更显著。提示血LPO含量及SOD活性可判断小儿重症肺炎的严重程度及预后,治疗小儿重症肺炎时可加用自由基清除剂。

Abstract:singnificant elevation of serum LPO concentration and a marked reduction of erythrocyte Cu Zn-SOD activity were o bserved in 36 cases of infant severe pneumonia in contrast with 20 cases of normalchildren. The result indicated t hat the blood free radical level was higher and the ability of scavengingfree radical was lower in the patient,ds well as that blood LPO concentration and CuZn-SOD activitycoala be used to assess the severity and its prognosis of the disease.It was also offered that free radical could be used to treat infant severe pneumonia.
