子宫内膜异位症与正常子宫内膜黏附过程的形态学分析

目的:分析子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EM)和正常对照子宫内膜与腹膜黏附过程的特征。方法:将EM和非EM患者的子宫内膜与腹膜自身及交叉接种共培养后,用组织学方法和透射电镜观察EM患者和非EM患者的子宫内膜组织和腹膜组织的特征。结果:患者和正常对照来源的子宫内膜与腹膜之间的黏附过程在黏附发生的时间和组织学检查中无明显区别。透射电镜检查表明,EM患者来源的子宫内膜表现出代谢活跃的特征。结论:子宫内膜和腹膜自身的特征决定了异位内膜能够很快与腹膜黏附。EM和非EM患者的黏附过程无明显区别。

Morphological analysis on adherence of endometrium from patients with endometriosis and normal control to peritoneum

Objective:To analyze the morphological features of the adhesion of endometrium to peritoneum with specimens from patients with and without endometriosis(EM).Methods:Observe the histological as well as ultrastructural features of the endometrium and peritoneum upon coculture of endometrium and peritoneum from patients with endometriosis and the control,in which two inoculation models were performed,auto inoculation and cross inoculation of endometrium to peritoneum.Results:Ultrastructural discrepancy was found between endometrium of patients with endometriosis and that of the controls,the former demonstrating more active functional capacity.There was little difference in adhesive ability in vitro between endometrium of patients with endometriosis and that of the controls.Conclusion:There is little difference in adhesive ability in vitro between endometrium of patients with endometriosis and that of the controls,however,there might be some differences in the clearance of the adhesion and subsequent invasion as well as angiogenesis.
