自制直管型人工气管实验犬长期生存的观察

摘    要:目的:研制一种新型复合材料的人工气管,并通过动物实验研究判定其是否适合临床应用。方法:分实验组和对照组进行犬颈部气管置换术。实验组用6条犬,对照组用5条犬。结果:实验组最长生存期为1752d,最短生存期为29d,平均生存期为3798d。对照组最长生存期为290d,最短生存期为27d,平均生存期为904d。结论:实验组人工气管在生存期、吻合口裂开等指标上优于对照组,但感染仍是两组共同的主要死亡原因

Abstract:Objective:A new type of tracheal prosthesis had been studied and whether the tracheal prosthesis is adjust the clinical application can be judged through experiment.Methods:Dogs were divided into experiment group and control group and the cervical tracheal replacement was done.Results:In experimental group,the longest survival period was 1 762 days,the shortest was 29 days,and the average survival period was 379.8 days.In control group,the longest survival period was 290 days,the shortest survival was 27 days,and the average survival period was 90.4 days.Conclusion:The experimental group was superior to control group in survival period,anastomosis dehiscence and so on. But the infection was the common reason of death.
