| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法，以C18柱，水-乙腈-三乙胺缓冲液（82：17：1）为流动相，对呋喃西林进行了线性，实验回收率和辅料干扰实验，并定量测定呋喃西林脚气粉中呋喃西林的含量，该方法不需预先分离，其精密度与准确度良好。

| Abstract: | A highly selective HPLC method for the determination of nitrofurazone in nitrofurazone powder for beriberi was described. Mobile phase is a filtered and degassed mixture of water, acetonitrile and triethylamine buffer (82:17:1). The liquid chromatograph is equipped with a 365 nm detector and a C18 column. The flow rate is about 1.5 ml per minute. The results obtained are satisfactory all in linearity, recovery and excipient interference. |
