| 摘 要： | 为了不断完善高校预防保健的服务功能,优化服务模式,使预防保健工作更人性化、和谐化、科学化,符合伦理学的道德规范。本文根据高校医院体制改革和功能优化的需要,以过去行之有效的经验和新的运行机制为研究依据,探索了预防保健的模式及发展趋势,总结出传染病管理与卫生监督、保健服务、健康教育、健康查体四个层面的工作模式,为高校预防保健体制改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to optimize the operational procedures and build up a more scientific,humanized,and ethically-consistent framework for the health-care and disease-prevention departments in higher education institutions by improving their service function.Based on the present operational system and the structural reform in college hospitals,it investigates the working mode and growth trend of the health-care and disease-prevention,and comes up with a conclusion of 4-level operation mode: infectious disease management,sanitary supervision,healthcare education,and the healthy check-up,which can serve as references for the reform of health-care work in higher education institutions. |
