不同疾病浆膜腔积液中铜、锌、钙、镁、铁含量的比较

摘    要:目的:探讨结核性、肝硬化、肿瘤与非结核性炎症浆膜腔积液中的铜、锌、钙、镁、铁的含量。方法利用原子吸收的方法测定各患者浆膜腔积液中的铜、锌、钙、镁、铁含量。结果25例结核性浆膜腔积液中铜14.36±4.08、锌24.69±4.07、钙1 391±210、镁933±60、铁34±20.8μmol/L。31例肝硬化浆膜腔积液中铜14.78±1.79、锌24.49±1.7、钙1 361±90、镁950±50、铁1.5±0.9μmol/L。28例肿瘤病人浆膜腔积液中铜14.12±6.67、锌26.20±7.81、钙1 223±400、镁1045±21、铁7.5±3.5μmol/L。21例非结核炎症性(以下简称炎症性)浆膜腔积液中铜14.25±4.8、锌26.74±10.8、钙1318±220、镁918±80、铁16±5.7μmol/L。各组铜、锌、钙、镁含量差异没有显著性(P〉0.05),而铁含量差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论结核性浆膜腔积液中的铁含量最高,肝硬化浆膜腔积液的铁含量最低。

Abstract:Objective To discuss copper,zinc,calcium,magnesium,iron content in tubercular chest ascites,liver cirrhosis chest ascites,tumorous chest ascites,non-tuberculosis inflammation. Method The atomic absorption method was used. Result In 25 cases of tubercular chest ascites the copper is 14.36±4.08,the zinc 24.69±4.07,the calcium 1 391±210,the magnesium 933±60,the iron 34±20.8.In 31 cases of liver cirrhosis chest ascites the copper is 14.78±1.79,the zinc 24.49±1.7,the calcium 1 361±90,the magnesium 950±50,the iron 1.5±0.9.In 28 cases of tumor chest ascites the copper is 14.12±6.67,the zinc 26.20±7.81,the calcium 1 223±400,the magnesium 1 045±21,the iron 7.5±3.5.In 21 cases of non-tuberculosis inflammation(hereafter refers to as inflammation) the copper is 14.25±4.8,the zinc 26.74±10.8,the calcium 1 318±220,the magnesium 918±80,the iron 16±5.7.After statistical processing: the copper,the zinc,the calcium,the magnesium content do not have remarkable difference(P〉0.05),but the Iron content has significant difference(P〈0.01).Conclusion Iron content is highest in the tubercular chest ascites,lowest in liver cirrhosis chest ascites.
