| 摘 要： | 镁离子是人体内最重要的离子之一,在维持人体新陈代谢和多种生物酶的活动中发挥着重要的生理作用。随着药理作用的临床研究日益深入,镁作为生理性钙通道阻滞剂和NMDA受体拮抗剂,其在麻醉镇痛方面也得到了日益广泛的应用,本文就与此有关的研究进展作一简介。

| Abstract: | Magnesium ions,which is one of the importantest ions in the body,has important physio- logical functions in maintaining metabolism and activation of many enzymes.With deeper research of clinical pharmacology,magnesium,which acts as a physiological calcium antagonist and antagonist of the NMDA receptor,has been widely applied in anaesthetic analgesia.The objective of this article is to introduce the research progress in this aspect. |
