| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创小切口全髋关节置换术治疗髋关节类风湿性关节炎的可行性及其临床疗效。方法2001年6月至2006年2月应用微创小切口全髋关节置换术治疗27例（39髋）类风湿性髋关节炎患者,经1～5年的随访（平均3.7年）,对手术方法、临床疗效和并发症进行回顾性分析。结果27例（39髋）均手术顺利,伤口愈合良好,髋关节功能较术前均显著改善,疼痛明显缓解,并发症少,未发生严重并发症。结论微创小切口全髋关节置换是治疗类风湿性髋关节炎的一种安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the advantage,feasibility and clinical outcomes of minimally invasive total hip arthroplasty (MITHA) in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Twenty-seven patients (39 hip joints) received MITHA in our hospital from June 2001 to February 2006. Every patient was followed up for 1 to 5 years.
