| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）及经颅多普勒超声（TCD）二项检查联合用于椎基底动脉供血不足（VBI）的诊断价值。方法：对48例已经确诊的VBI病人在间歇期进行BAEP和TCD检查。结果：TCD异常率为83．3％,BAEP异常率为68．75％,结论：二者联合应用有助于病损部位的定性,定位诊断。

| Abstract: | Objectives To explore the diagnostic value of brain stem auditory
evoked potentials(BAEP) and transcranial doppler (TCD) in patients with vertebrobasilar
insufficiency (VBI). Methods Forty-eight cases confirmed by clinical standards were
examined by the two methods. Results the abnormality rates of TCD and BAEP were 83.3% and
68.75%. Conclusion The combination of the two methods makes the qualitive and location
diagnosis of the lesion easly. |
