| 摘 要： | 目的考察荆芥生品及其炮制品的内在质量差异，同时为荆芥的质量控制提供更多依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法对荆芥中橙皮苷的含量进行测定。结果橙皮苷进样量在0．04192—0．4192μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系，平均回收率为98．53％，RSD为1．10％（n=6）。结论该方法灵敏、准确、专属性强，可作为荆芥的质量控制方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the quantitative used for the quantitative determination of hesperidin in Herba determination of hesperidin in Herba Schizonepetae. Methods HPLC was Schizouepetae. Results Hesperidin had the good linear relationship during 0. 041 92-0. 419 2 μg. The average recovery rate was 98.53% and RSD was 1. 10% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate with good specificity, which may be one of methods to control the quality of Herba Sehizonepetae effectively. |
