医院药品价格层次分析

目的:帮助医院药事管理人员及药学人员了解当前医院药品价格层次、比例及各价格层次中药品的类别,并为药品价格管理的行政部门宏观调控药品价格提供参考。方法:对某三甲医院西药价格进行调查,将价格分为若干层次,分析各层次中的药品品种数、所占比例及主要作用类别和各类别所占比例。结果:≤50元的药品品种数占医院用药总数的68.84%;>50→100元的药品占14.34%;>100→1000元的药品占14.35%;千元以上的药品占2.48%;100元以上药品品种数所占比例高低依次为抗肿瘤用药、血液系统用药、抗肿瘤辅助药、生物反应调节剂、抗真菌药、免疫抑制剂等。结论:通过多次政策性降价,医院药品价格层次、比例更趋合理。

Hospital Drug Price Levels

OBJECTIVE： To provide information for pharmaceutical administration personnel and pharmacists on drug price levels, percentages, and drug categories at different price levels, and provide references for the related administrative departments on how to conduct a macro-regulation on drug prices. METHODS： The drug prices （western medicines） in a 3A grade hospital were divided into several levels and analyzed in respect of the varieties ＆ percentage of each variety and categories ＆ percentages of each category at different price levels. RESULTS： The percentages of the drug varieties at different levels, including ≤50, 〉50→100, 〉100-41 000 and 〉1 000 yuan were 68.84%, 14.34%, 14.35%, 2.48%, respectively. In terms of percentages of the categories at the levels above 100 yuan, leading the list were anti neoplastic drugs, followed in descending order by drugs used for hematological system, anti- neoplastic adjuvants, biological response modifiers, antifungal drug and immunosuppressive agents etc. CONCLUSION： Hospital drug price level and percentages at each level tended to be more reasonable after many times policy price reduction.
