妊娠期糖尿病的临床治疗与妊娠结局的关系

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）的临床治疗,并分析与妊娠结局的关系。方法比较我院30例经收入院治疗的GDM孕妇和同期因各种原因未得以收入院治疗的GDM孕妇的临床资料,分析围生儿的并发症的发生及孕妇的分娩方式与对照组比较,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗组新生儿窒息、低血糖、围生儿死亡、巨大儿及分娩方式与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论GDM应早期诊断和治疗,使血糖维持在正常水平是GDM治疗的关键,可以减少母婴并发症的发生。

Discussion on relationship between clinical treatment of gestational mellitus and pregnancy outcome

Objective： To study the correlation between clinical treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） and the related pregnancy outcomes. Methods： The clinical data of 30 GDM pregnant women treated in our hospital and 30 GDM pregnant women without hospitalized interference treatment were compared ： infant syndromic and the way of parturition were analyzed. Results ： Infant asphyxia, low blood sugar, perinatal deaths, fetal macrosomia, andmode of delivery of the treatment group were significantly better as compared with the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions ： GDM should be early diagnosed and treated. Control of blood glucose level is the key in treatment of GDM, It may reduce syndromic of the mother and the infant.
