颈椎病动物椎间盘谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力变化及补肾方剂对其的影响

摘    要:目的 :探讨颈椎病动物椎间盘谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)活力变化及补肾方剂对其的影响。方法 :将新西兰白兔随机分为模型组 ,空白对照组 ,补肾药物治疗组和消炎痛对照组 4组。按文献所载方法对有关组动物进行颈椎病椎间盘退变模型造模后 ,进行研究观察。结果 :模型组动物的GSH -PX活力值明显小于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,经长期补肾方剂预防治疗的动物 ,椎间盘组织匀浆中的GSH -PX活力值与正常对照组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5) ,双方的GSH -PX活力值都大于模型组 ,消炎痛对模型动物GSH -PX活力值的影响不显著。结论 :颈椎病椎间盘退变模型动物的退变椎间盘中GSH -PX活力有显著的下降趋势 ,长期补肾方剂预防治疗对改善这种趋势有较好效果。

Abstract:Purpose: To study the activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) in degene rated intervertebral discs of animal with cervical spondylosis and effects of kidney-nouri shing prescription on its GSH-PX activity change. Methods: Some New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into the model group, the normal control group, the treatment group with kidney-nouri shing prescription and the control group with indometacin. Based on the required methods and techniques of static dysequilibrium, the models were produced in such a way that the rabbits in the relevant groups were made into degenerated intervertebral discs with cervical spondylosis except the normal control group. The observation was made and the activity of GSH-PX was assayed. Results: The activity of GSH-PX in the model group was obviously lower than that in the normal control group( P<0.01 ). For the rabbits with long term prevention and treatment with kidney-nourishing prescription, no more significant difference was indicated in the activity change of GSH-PX in tissue homogenizer of intervertebral discs than in the normal control group. The value of GSH-PX in the two groups was higher than that in the model group. No significant effect of indometacin was found on the activity value of GSH-PX in the animal patterns. Conclusions: The GSH-PX activity in degenerated intervertebral discs in animal patterns with cervical spondylosis shows the obvious declining tendency and the long term prevention and treatment with kidney-nourishing prescription can improve this tendency.
