四物汤对血管内皮细胞分泌组织因子及其抑制物的影响

目的　测定四物汤对血管内皮细胞分泌TF、TFPI的影响 ,以探讨四物汤抗血栓形成的机理。方法　用培养牛肺动脉血管内皮细胞分为四物汤组和PPS对照组进行测量。结果　四物汤组TF活性为 17.81± 8.61% ,PPS对照组TF活性为 ( 4 9.93± 5.18) % ,两者比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;四物汤组TFPI为 2 .81± 0 .4 2 μu/ml ,PPS对照组TFPI为 ( 1.82± 0 .17) μu/ml,两者比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　四物汤能抑制血管内皮细胞分泌TF ,促进血管内皮细胞分泌TFPI,通过抑制组织因子途径而表现抗血栓形成作用。

The Effect of Siwutang Decoction on the Secretion of Tissue Factor and Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor

Aim：Determining the effect of Siwutang decoction on the secretion of TF and TFPI by vascular endotheliocytes so as to probe into the mechanism of siwutang in antithrombosis.Method:Determining the effects of Siwutang decoction group and PPS control group by culturing bovine pulmonary artery endotheliocytes.Results:The TF activity in Siwutang group is (17.81±8.61)%,while that in PPS group is (49.93±5.18)%,in comparison with each other,P<0.01;TFPI in Siwutang group is (2.81±0.42) μ u/ml,while that in PPS control group is (1.82±0.17) μ u/ml，in comparision with each other,P<0.05.Conclusion:Siwutang decoction is effective in inhibiting the endotheliocytes from Secreting TF and in accelerating the endotheliocytes to secrete TFPI.Therefore,this decoction shows its antithrombotic effect by inhibiting the tissue factor pathway.
