| 摘 要： | 目的评价乳腺癌中PCNA蛋白表达情况以及与临床病理资料关系、预后作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测80例乳腺癌中PCNA表达情况，随访率62．5％（50／80），多因素COX比例风险模型分析预后。结果组织学分级高、有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌PCNA蛋白表达的平均秩次高，P〈0．05；PCNA、年龄、淋巴结转移三个因素进入预后分析模型，P〈0．05，回归系数分别为0．0830、1．1566、2．1729；相对危险度分别为1．0865、3．1790、8．7839。结论PCNA蛋白表达与组织学分级、腋下淋巴结转移有关，与年龄、肿瘤大小无关。增殖活性强的乳腺癌，组织学分级高，分化程度低，易发生淋巴结转移；年龄、PCNA、腋下淋巴结转移是独立的预后因素，PCNA的预后价值显著。

| Abstract: | Objective The relationship of protein expression of PCNA and clinnical data in breast cancer was evaluated. Prognostic value of PCNA was assessed. Methods The protein expression of PCNA was detected by SP immunohistochemical method, Multivariatrive cox proportional hazards model analysed prognosis. Results The protein expression of PCNA was statistically different between breast cancer with metastasis of lymph node and breast cancer without metastasis of lymph node. Expression of PCNA was correlated with histe-logical grade. There were PCNA, age, metastasis of lymph node in cox "equation, P < 0. 05. relative risk of PCNA was highest. Conclusions The protein expression of PCNA was correlated with histological grade and metastasis of lymph node. PCNA ,metastasis of lymph node are independent prognostic factors. Prognostic value of PCNA is notable in this study. |
