| 摘 要： | 本文应用硫酸舒喘灵口服,治疗早产45例,并与52例常规观察治疗作对照,结果显示治疗组成功率高,新生儿窒息率低,副反应少.表明硫酸舒喘灵是目前治疗早产最安全、有效的首选方法.

| Abstract: | 45 cases of premature labor were treated with oral administration of Salbutamol Sulphate (the therapeutic group), and comparisons made between the therapeutic guoup and the control group (52 cases). The results indicated that the success rate of the former was higher, the asphyxia neonatorum rate lower and the side reactions less. Our observations demonstrated that Salbutamol Sulphate is now the treatment of choice for premature labor. |
