基层医院凡士林纱布高压灭菌保存期限的研究

摘    要:目的 研究高压灭菌凡士林纱布的存放时间、环境与细菌污染之间的关系。方法 将经手提式压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌后凡士林纱布随机分成2份,分别存放于正常环境和潮湿环境的无菌物品柜内,进行实验检测,调查存放时间、温度与贮存期的关系。结果 在正常环境的凡士林纱布存放1~16d细菌培养为阴性,第17天开始有细菌污染;在潮湿环境中存放1~7d细菌培养为阴性,第8天开始有菌生长。结论 凡士林纱布的保存期限与存放环境的温度、湿度,灭菌后凡士林纱布的干燥等有关。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyse the relationship of storage time of the gauze with the environmental and bacterial pollution after high pressure sterilization. METHODS Put the gauze sterilized by pressure steam portable sterilizer into 2 groups in random, and put it into non bacterial cubicles in normal environment and humidified one to do the test. The relationship between residual time, humidity and storage period was surveyed. RESULTS In the normal environment, within 16 days, germiculture in the gauze was negative; from the 17th day, there began to found bacterial pollution. While in the humidified environment within 7 days, the germiculture in the gauze was negative; from 8th day, there was found bacterial pollution. CONCLUSIONS The storage period of the gauze has some relationship with the temperature, humidity of the storage environment and the dryness of the gauze after sterilization.
